Sports Sound Off: Back in Business – Playoff Edition

Seeded teams in the NFL use to mean something. Back in the day (the 90’s) there was Gwen Stefani (No Doubt) or at least J-Z (Reasonable Doubt) that your seeded team would advance to the Super Bowl.  The dynasty teams of the 90’s, the Cowboys, Green Bay, Giants & 49ers would never lose opening round match ups. Now anybody’s got a chance.

N.O (1) vs. AZ. Who is going to win that? Don’t know. Minn (2) vs. Dallas? pickum

Ravens could smashmouth the resting Colts (1) right? Jets vs. Chargers (2)?? What I’m I talking about. The 1& 2 seeds will advance. Now that’s old school. I got to go w/ Dallas because of my dislike for $4 Brett.

In baseball news, Mark McGuire admits he used steroids w/ a cracked up voice & shedding so many tears you would have thought he had an onion in his pocket. Don’t not give this guy a free pass. Sorry doesn’t fix the lamp. I never never saw this coming.

Green Bay vs Arizona Never before has offensive been seen like dis. Defense usually determines most of the successful outcomes in the playoff. But not today. Hats off to Kurt Warner
