I hope that is the worse track on a Great disc.
It great if it’s Cira or B-day but this is SADE bro
    “I won’t pretend..if I intend to stop living”
now that’s some MFing lyrics..not some Lady Gaga teenin bopping shit. Where’e the passion to eat toe jam from some 10hr worked feet after Black Friday after being hungover on some E & J?
that’s the SADE I’m searching for.
    I still Love You

  6. It’s crazy.

i was thinking something similar, but it felt blasphemous to say something bad about a Sade return song.

I thought the song sounded to Hip-Hoppy. There’s actually a version with a rap on it. It was disgusting.

I’m guessin this is a safe song to get people back interested. I would think she has a big enough following to make an album how she really wanted.

I say that to say. I agree with you…

I am a true Sade fan. I had to take this song in to REALLY appreciate it. But I did and I do. It was a slight departure from what I was expecting, but I hooked now. It doesn’t sound like anything else on the radio. She is unique. She has hit hard before with, “Feel No Pain,” “Turn My Back,” “Flow,” and “No Ordinary Love.” This song exemplifies creative growth, while staying true to Sade “roots.” Her music is art! I love her style and musical integrity. She “moves” me!
