Big up to Diane Taurasi & the Phoenix Mercury on winning the WNBA title. She adds this to her UCONN college championship. It’s Amazing that she got a DWI without a public outcry. Granted it’s not a major sport, BUT if this was M. Vick, Kayne West or Chris Brown (granted they all did something stupid), the media coverage would be totally different. “This is what’s wrong w/ Sports. These overpaid pre-Madonna’s”. At least she gets a chance to “right the ship”. We all make mistakes.

Sports Sound Off: Tyson makes a Splash
Iron Mike Tyson was on The Oprah Winfrey Show (10/11) & was quite the entertainer. He got a buzz from the water cooler crowd & ladies in general. Non- fight fans probably think he is still boxing. It was Tyson re-entering main stream. Main stream has a way of never forgiving or re-accepting certain people but Oprah has the Midas touch. Turning shit to sugar & cooper to gold.

I’m of the belief that the Dallas Cowboys actually miss Terrell Owens both on & off the field. You don’t get style points in the NFL. You are what your record is. Last year, he was the Cowboys’ most important player. The attention that T.O. (that’s my quarterback”) created on the field opened up the entire field for everybody.
