MJ was good, but his counterparts, (Barkley, Ewing, Malone) played to win against him. They didn’t just roll over. These other golfers’ knees are knocking! Lawrence Taylor, Joe Montana, these ALL-time greats needed help from others to win. Only Iron Mike Tyson had this level of pure, “I don’t have a chance”, “I hope this guy gets hurt before he whups my ass intimidation. Tyson’s run was over when he went to prison. Even in Hip-Hop music, no one dominated the Game. There is always an argument about who is the best, but not with Tiger…He is the best. Obama is the only One above.

grammy weekend in la.
it was a great weekend for us. our grammy jam went BEYOND our expectations.
parties out the wazoo and my girl was with me and we were like two kids in a candy store.
that monday marked the end of the weekend and my manager was smart enough to make sure that jill’s show coincided with the festivities.
rapheal sadiq was the opener and his set smoked. jill came shortly thereafter and backstage was like a list central. midway through her set i got a text from P’s assistant (he never calls, he has assistant call first to tell you “he will call you”. this time the text said that there was a rollerskating valentines party and invite some “cool” people.

The Spike Jonze directed Where the Wild Things Are brings light to the iconic Maurice Sendak children’s book most of us remember reading as a child including fellow bloggers Bobby Hundreds and Jeff Hamada. Making its big screen debut over 40 years after its inception in the world of books, we finally get a chance to check out the official trailer.
An adaptation of Maurice Sendak’s classic children’s story, where Max, a disobedient little boy sent to bed without his supper, creates his own world–a forest inhabited by ferocious wild creatures that crown Max as their ruler.

Stimulate the Economy: Canon EOS 500D/Rebel T1i DSLR
The whole DSLR world just got all that more competitive as Canon recently announced its latest members to the family, the EOS 500D/Rebel T1i (name dependent on where you live). The addition to the Rebel collection, the EOS 500D effectively cannibalizes Canon’s other crop sensor camera, the 50D as it incorporates the same 15.1 MP sensor with similar ISO ranges AS WELL as offering HD-recording. While not on par with the Canon 5D Mark II, the camera does shoot 720p @ 30 fps or 1080p @ a reduced 20 fps. The camera also enjoys a nice 920,000 pixels viewing screen. The estimated street price when it drops in May is approximately $799 USD (body-only) and $899 for the kit which includes the EF-S18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS zoom lens. The 500D now joins the 5D Mark II and Nikon D90 as the front-runners in the HD-capable DSLR segment.

Drops: Kingdom’s Mix for Lower End Spasm
Kingdom keeps it short and sweet with this mix for Lower End Spasm, featuring a gang of original productions alongside a bunch of bass heavy house and new remixes. Although every song on this mix is worth a few repeat listens, the highlights come from Kingdom himself, with “Mindreader” acting as the backbone of the mix, its empty space pling resurfacing on the equally awesome closer “That Mystic VIP.” It’s not every day that we ask for ridiculously long mixes, but we’d be happy if this one went on an extra hour or so.
