Sports Sound Off: Today in Sports
Big up to the Columbus Crew for winning the MLS (Major League Soccer) title game.
The Crew defeated the NY Red Bull 3-1 to win the North American championship.
Soccer in the USA is no way the fanatical, iconic sport that is around the rest of the world. You got folks over in Germany getting buried in a mini version of the real stadium that is next to the soccer field with the team colors on the casket. Talk about Ride or Die.

Sports Sound Off: Knicks Making Moves
NY Knicks traded their leading scorer Jamal Crawford to the Golden State Warriors for Al Harrington. Knicks GM Donnie Walsh drafted Harrington back in the day. I saw Harrington as a high school Player of the Year when he played for St. Patrick’s’ H. S. in NJ. I’ll take my chances with him. He’s descent. No sleep lost.

Legends: Bob Marley
Since the Election, I have been drawn to listening to Bob Marley’s music. My interpretation of his words, his poetry has been on a higher level. He is truly a prophetic individual.
For example, “Redemption Song” Marley mentions, “have no fear for atomic energy, for none of them can stop the time”. Before I thought of nuclear destruction. Now I hear it as “don’t worry because nuclear holocaust is not the fate of the world. “Have no fear…we have to fulfill the book”.
We can argue who wrote the book & when, but the message is in there somewhere…

Sports Sound Off: NBA – Lets Get Physical
The NBA is getting physical this year. K.G. got a one game suspension for basically putting his hands up against former overall #1pick Andrew Bogut. I didn’t see entire game, so something may have transpired leading to the leagues’ action. Usually, players are killing themselves in the post. Why was this a suspension? Read between the lines on this one.

Revealing the Gallardo LP 560-4 early this year, famous Italian supercar maker Lamborghini introduce their convertible version, which will make its debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show today. The Gallardo’s engine was given a 40 hp upgrade from the previous model boasting a 5.2 liter V10 delivering 560 hp and 540 Nm of torque to all four wheels. With a 40% quicker sports shift, the clunky shifting of its precessesor has been eliminated allowing smoothing and faster transition between gears, which will help reach its top speed of its top speed of 324 km/h, with top up or down according to the automaker. Remember when Dave Chappelle was talkin about how he doesnt want like to hear celebrites talkin about real life situations as when MTV called Ja Rule to talk about 9/11. I guess its ok if the celebrity is articulate as in like a chappelle when hes bein serious or a Will Smith. But when u jus throw a person who is kinda known as a party girl and is not really known for speaking on the big issues, a line has to be drawn. Who might i be speakin about, well its none other than the party girl junkie, I might be gay Lindsey Lohan.
