Sports Sound Off: The Ryder Cup

Ryder Cup (golf) without (w/o) Tiger = WHO CARES!

Now to the NFL: 0-2 vs. 2-0

Don’t read too much into teams that are 0-2 vs. 2-0. Injuries and how teams respond to them will determine the how teams seasons go.

Of course you want to be 2-0, but this does not guarantee the playoffs. (See 49ers last year). The Superbowl Champs NYC Giants were 0-2 this time last year. What you want to avoid is how the Saints started off. They were 0-4 and that my friend is the kiss of death. The Saints actually got back into the race, but fell short by week 14 or 15.

Don’t get too high or too low if your team is 0-2 or 2-0. You just can’t lose 4-5 in a row at any given point in the season. So let’s review:

0-3= On Life Support

0-4= Kiss of Death

3-0 = Looking Good

4-0= 80% Makes the Playoffs

lol. they had pretty good highlights on sportcenter this morning, It acctually made you think tiger was playing.lmao

Great point the New York Football Giants did start 0-2 and then they had the great comeback on Washington that ignite the fuel. but i believe for the teams who have less talent an 0-2 start isnt good at all like RE:Miami. But for a team like The Bengals they can have a quick turn around.. So who knows… I cant call it just yet.

Its Crazy how good Eli manning has gotten in the past year. this dude is a beast….. He is so calm and patient in the pocket. He moves the offense down the field quickly. Much props to Eli and the NY Football Giants.

How about thos patriots!!!!! They got exposed…. its gonna be a long year for them if they dont get there act together…
