Almond Joy!
Not the candy bar, don’t get me wrong… I LOVED the Candy bar, but I had to give it up. I’m just talking about the nut today. I carry them in my bag at all times in case of emergency when I do not have time to grab a bite to eat. They are a very good source of protein, vitamin E and manganese and I recently learned that they may help in losing weight.
Still have a few pounds to shed to be beach ready? Was your suit a little tight during that Memorial Day trip to the beach? July 4th is right around the corner. Reach for almonds instead of chips and dip.
Note: Above is in reference to raw almonds, not salted, not candied and definitely not crunch n munch w/ almonds. Only the real deal from California.
