I gave it a preview over the weekend. I couldn’t believe how lack luster the tracks sounded, even w/ heavy hitters on the boards. The La joint was one that stuck out to me though.

I thought the production was decent.
Some of the singing was a little suspect and I could have done without
Lil Wayne – spits for the sake of spitting
Not building extremely complex rhymes schemes or anything like that
Compared to a lot of stuff out it’s more entertaining and more interesting in my opinion
I think the drugged out wierdo steez is dope.

hey karim u should have a post on the carter 3 vs the carter 2….. many ppl have been callin carter 3 a classic bcuz it has gotten ppl excited… but it doesnt go harder than a real classic C2…
