MTV’s panel has released their top 10 list again this year and at least Kanye won’t be throwing any tantrums, check out the list below as well as MTV’s comments.

I think for the most part the list is right. Kanye is still killin the nation with the Glow in Da Dark tour. Jay-z had a solid come back album with his American Gangster LP. Im not really surprised that wayne is #3 because even though his marketability is being murdered each time he gets another tattoo or opens his mouth to provide people with another soundclip where hes obviously under the influence because besides the top two artists in the list hes the only other person everyones really talkin about. I would move Snoop above Rick Ross cause everyone loves snoop and im glad that Andre 3000′s verse on the gangsta grillz studio effort kept him in the top ten even though he hasnt done much else in a while. Tell me what u think yall.

Its time for hov to retire. I honestly dont think he deserve the Two spot, AT ALL.

It reads Hottest, not Best. Kayne is Brillant but the swag of lil wayne has been viral. Yo J, that was a great signing of Nas(yea right, he’s stealing)

Ghost been spittin what half these lames been spittin since like 92′ 93′ what the fuck! Let’s you know where hip/hop rap is coming to when Rick Ross and his producer driven success checks in on the list at #3. Wit a Buck 50 long Hicky I’m out.

I dont think its of all time. It’s just this year. Ghost didnt really have that great of year… I’ma fan, but I don’t really see him moving the needle outside of his cult like fanbase
